Each pack of our genuine Irish peat briquettes contains 12.5kg of high quality fuel with free delivery to the majority of UK postcodes.

These peat briquettes let off a unique and pleasant aroma, as well as a bright flame. They are very flexible fuel - use alone or combined with other fuels in open fires, stoves, fire bowls and pits. Easy to light with firelighters, their moisture content is significantly lower than turf or other similar fuels.

Our briquettes are made from milled, dried and compressed peat, which means that most of the moisture has been removed and that they are the same size - making storage much simpler. They have no additivies, binders or colouring agents, and are totally nature.

These will burn for three hours under normal use in an open fire, but are also useful in appliances with closed vents to rekindle or maintain a dying fire.
