Lumpwood charcoal is one of our most popular ranges of charcoal giving the perfect balance between quality and price and unbeatable value for money.  The price shown is for supply of a 200kg part pallet supplied in conveniently sized 5kg sacks.  The price shown includes 5% VAT for domestic use.  If buying for business use please select the VAT surcharge at checkout to be charged 20% VAT.

Our lumpwood charcoal contains slightly smaller lump pieces than our restaurant charcoal and is subsequently ready to cook on more quickly but does not burn for quite as long.  The 5kg bags size is convenient for a single use on medium to large sized home barbecues with the minimum of waste.  The lumpwood charcoal is a popular choice for bistros, pizzerias and commercial kitchens using charcoal ovens and grills.  It is also one of the best choices for summer barbecues.  The charcoal is sieved to removed dust and shards to ensure a high quality cooking experience.

Although the lumpwood charcoal has smaller pieces than the restaurant charcoal, no quality is sacrificed for the added convenience.  Like our restaurant charcoal, it is also made directly from a certified renewable source of hardwood with no added chemicals, binding agents or fillers added during production.  Our lumpwood barbecue charcoal has medium sized pieces of lumpwood which are easy to manage and cook with.  They are consistent sizes to give an even burn throughout.
