The lump wood charcoal supplied by Liverpool Wood Pellets is one of the best and most popular choices for summer barbecues.  The lumps contained in our lump wood charcoal are a little smaller than those found in our lump wood premium restaurant charcoal.  As a result this charcoal reaches cooking temperature more quickly but has a slightly shorter burn time.  Supplied in convenient 5kg bags, this charcoal is perfect for use on medium to large sized family barbecues with the minimum of waste.  Our lump wood charcoal is also a popular choice for restaurants and kitchens using charcoal ovens and grills.
